CORFU. The ΄Old΄ Philharmonic Band will be giving a concert at the Capodistrias Museum in Koukouritsa, Evropoulo on Saturday 13 July at 21:00.
The band, conducted by Spyros Prosoparis, will play works by Beethoven, Schubert, Mantzaros, Peroulis and Padova from the time of Ioannis Capodistrias with the soloist baritone Panayiotis Pratsos.
The connection between the musical works and the First Governor of Greece (Capodistrias) will be made clear through the narration of Natalia Capodistria.
The proceeds from the concert will go exclusively to support the work of the Capodistrias Museum and Capodistrias Study Centre.
Tickets: 10 Euros - including a guided tour of the museum 19:00 - 20:50.
