Corfu Appeal Court finds Giorgos Mahimaris not guilty regarding fake invoices

CORFU. The case being examined was for the period 2002 - 2006 when the present Mayor of North Corfu was Corfu Prefect.
According to his lawyer, Giorgos Mahimaris was found not guilty by the Corfu Appeal Court regarding fake invoices for the Prefecture Development Fund Organisation. The invoices were for the period 2002 - 2006 when the present Mayor of North Corfu was Corfu Prefect.
