Armed Forces engineers arrive to inspect storm damage

CORFU. Corfu ND MP Stefanos Gikas announced the arrival of the team in a social media post on Sunday night.
As had been previously announced, the team has arrived to carry out inspections this week of areas that suffered damage due to the severe weather conditions.
Stefanos Gikas' post: "Along with Deputy Regional Governors Kostas Zorbas, Nikos Miliotis and Manolis Orphanoudakis, we welcomed the Armed Forces team of Engineers tonight. The team will start conducting inspections tomorrow so that the heavy equipment required to clear the rivers and riverbeds affected by the flooding can come to Corfu later this week."
