Christmas carols at Korakiana Primary School
CORFU. Ionian University students conducted by Christina Kalliaridou sang Christmas carols a cappella to the pupils.
On Wednesday, December 13, upon invitation, students from the Department of Music Studies at the Ionian University, specialising in the Direction of Children's School and Youth Choirs, under the supervision of their instructor, Christina Kalliaridou, visited Korakiana Primary School.
They sang Christmas carols a cappella and introduced the young, enthusiastic pupils to the magical world of choir singing!
The students also had the opportunity to admire the Miniature Christmas Village belonging to Anastasios Diavatis' collection, which is currently on display at the school.
The students express their gratitude to Eleni Bogdani, the school principal, and Alice Dagli, music educator and deputy head of the school, for their invitation and hospitality.
