Donation and installation of air-conditioning unit at Corfu Health Centre

In a gesture of support for the island’s public healthcare facilities, the Corfu 'Capodistrias' Rotary Club paid an official visit to the Corfu Health Centre on Monday morning, January 5.
The visit marked the formal handover of a modern 50,000 BTU cabinet-type air-conditioning unit. The donation addressed an urgent need, as the unit has already been installed and is now operational in the first-floor waiting room, providing patients and staff with comfortable indoor conditions.

The Club President praised the dedication of frontline staff, stating: “Medical, nursing, and administrative personnel perform a remarkable daily feat. It is our responsibility to support them and acknowledge their vital role in serving our local community.”
