F-16 Zeus air display over Garitsa Bay on May 21st

CORFU. The display will be part of the celebrations for the 161st anniversary of the Union of the Ionian Islands with Greece.
Celebration programme for the 161st anniversary of the Union of the Ionian Islands with Greece:
TUESDAY, MAY 20
08:00 – Start of the celebrations with joyful church bell ringing and flag decorations on public buildings, legal entities under public law (NPDD), banks, shops and residences, lasting until sunset on May 21.
18:30 – Archieratical Memorial Service at the Holy Church of the Holy Trinity in Garitsa for the repose of the souls of the late:

Archbishop Athanasios, pioneer of the Union,

Other distinguished figures of Corfu who contributed to the Union.
Wreath laying by Nektarios, Archbishop of Corfu, Paxos and the Diapontia Islands, at the grave of the late Hierarch.
19:00 – Memorial Prayer at the Holy Monastery of Platytera at the grave of the late first Governor of Greece, Ioannis Capodistrias.
Wreath laying by the Mayor of Central Corfu & Diapontia Islands and the Governor of the Ionian Islands (no speeches).
20:00 – Concert by the "San Giacomo" Municipal Choir at the Heroes of the Cypriot Struggle Square ("Plakada tou Agiou"), featuring works by Greek composers.
21:15 – Lighting of streets, squares, public and municipal buildings, legal entities under public law, banks, archaeological sites and historical monuments.
WEDNESDAY, MAY 21
08:00 – Patriotic songs and marches performed by local Philharmonic Bands throughout the town streets.
Flag-raising at Corfu Naval Base, with the participation of a Military Unit, which will be stationed in front of the gate.
10:30 – Official Doxology at the Holy Church of Saint Spyridon, presided over by Nektarios, Archbishop Corfu, Paxos and the Diapontia Islands.
11:00 – Festive speech of the day delivered at the inner colonnade of the Palace of Saints Michael and George by:
