CORFU. Central Corfu Municipality organised a traditional ΄Tsiknopempti΄ (Fat Thursday) celebration in San Rocco yesterday evening.
There was a celebratory (and smoky) atmosphere in San Rocco Square with lots of music, songs, free souvlaki and wine.
The Municipality of Central Corfu & Diapontia Islands added this traditional event to the Carnival programme this year and there were more than a few who took advantage of the opportunity!
