CORFU. The man was pulled out of the sea unconscious.
A 61-year-old British national lost his life in the sea at Messonghi on Saturday evening, August 2nd.
The man was pulled unconscious from the sea and taken by ambulance to Corfu Hospital, where his death was confirmed.
A preliminary investigation is being conducted by Lefkimmi Port Authority, which has requested an autopsy in order to determine the exact cause of death.
