Free preventive medical care at Karousades Clinic

On Thursday, November 13, doctors and nurses will be available at the Karousades Community Clinic to offer free preventive medical services for all members of the public in need.
This initiative is being organised by the Mobile Health Teams of the National Public Health Organisation (EODY), in collaboration with the Ministry of Health, the 6th Regional Health Authority, and local municipal authorities. The teams visit remote areas across both mainland and island Greece, providing essential preventive healthcare services.
Examinations are carried out at rural clinics, senior centres (KAPI), or other municipal buildings designated by each municipality. In a second phase, home visits are offered to individuals with serious health or mobility issues who are unable to travel.

In addition, participants will receive information about recommended vaccinations for adults and vulnerable groups.
This initiative is open to everyone and aims to promote prevention and public health awareness.
