The Corfu Food and Wine Festival invites you to a unique experience. The Hilandari Monastery of Mount Athos and Corfu Paleokastritsa Monastery are opening the doors of their monastic kitchens for the first time. World-renowned Serbian chef Ivo Andrić and Father Methodios, together with students from the Ionian Institute of Tourism, will initiate us into the secrets of monastic cuisine.
