Communication and connection workshops for children on June 20 and July 4, 11, and 25
CORFU. The event will take place at the Public Central Historical Library on the occasion of the International Day Against Drug Abuse (June 26).
(Public Central Historical Library) The International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking (June 26th) urges us every year to rally together and coordinate our efforts as a local community—to put into practice solidarity and care through prevention of all forms of addictive behaviour.
A strong connection and healthy relationships with oneself and with others are key factors in preventing not only addictions but also all forms of abusive behaviour, as they promote both emotional and social well-being for people of all ages.
In this spirit, the Corfu Regional Prevention Centre for Addictions and Promotion of Psychosocial Health, in collaboration with the National Organisation for the Prevention and Treatment of Addictions and the Public Central Historical Library of Corfu, are co-organising a series of activities in honour of this day:
